Clinical Biography
Danielle Glade, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician in the Texas Center for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease, a clinical partnership between Dell Children’s Medical Center and UT Health Austin. She specializes in the acute care of hospitalized children and the coordination of care of pediatric patients with complex medical conditions. Additionally, Dr. Glade is an assistant professor in the Dell Medical School Department of Pediatrics.
Dr. Glade earned her medical degree from Texas A&M Health Science Center. She completed a residency in pediatrics at the Dell Medical School. She has also pursued specialized training in quality improvement through the Ascension Healthcare Performance Improvement Cohort.
Dr. Glade’s clinical interests include caring for adolescent patients, mentoring pediatric residents, and medical innovation. She is currently collaborating with a group of biomedical engineer graduate students at The University of Texas at Austin on the development of a novel device used in the care of pediatric patients.
