Clinical Biography
Kyle Lieppman, MD, is a board-certified pediatric cardiac critical care intensivist in the Texas Center for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease, the clinical partnership between Dell Children’s Medical Center and UT Health Austin. He specializes in the care of children with life-threatening illnesses who need support in an ICU setting. Additionally, Dr. Lieppman is an affiliate faculty member in both the Dell Medical School Department of Surgery and Perioperative Care and the Dell Medical School Department of Pediatrics.
Dr. Lieppman earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He completed a residency in pediatrics at the University of Missouri Children's Hospital, a fellowship in pediatric critical care at The Hospital for Sick Children/University of Toronto, and a second fellowship in pediatric critical care at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
Dr. Lieppman is a practicing physician at Pediatric Critical Care Associates. He is a member of the American Association of Pediatrics and the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Society.
