Rachel Cano Brendlinger, RN, MSN, CPNP-AC, is a licensed acute acre pediatric nurse practitioner in the Texas Center for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease, the clinical partnership between Dell Children’s Medical Center and UT Health Austin. With more than 10 years of experience, she specializes in caring for infants, children, and adolescents with heart diseases and defects.
Rachel Cano Brendlinger earned her master’s in nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and her bachelor’s in nursing from The University of Texas at Austin. She also earned her acute care pediatric nurse practitioner certification and completed a nursing residency in the cardiovascular intensive care unit at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital.
Rachel Cano Brendlinger’s clinical interests involve caring for patients in the IMPACT program, which is a home monitoring program for high-risk infants who are between the stages of their single ventricle palliation, and patients who are undergoing transplantation.
