Alexandra Bilski, LMSW

Clinical Biography

Alexandra Bilski, LMSW, is a licensed master social worker with UT Health Austin Pediatric Psychiatry at Dell Children's a clinical partnership between Dell Children's Medical Canter and UT Health Austin. She provides counseling services to individuals and families enrolled in the Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT) program. She is also a part of UT Health Austin’s Integrated Behavioral Health care team. Alex works collaboratively with Dell Medical School's Department of Health Social Work and the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. Alex is passionate about mental health education, specifically eradicating stigma surrounding mental health, and making resources more accessible to communities.

Alex received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California San Diego and a Masters of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin Steve Hicks School of Social Work.

Her research interests include identifying risk factors associated with racial/ethnic disparities in suicide risk among adolescent girls. She believes in using compassionate, strengths-based, trauma-sensitive approaches to serve the needs of individuals.
