Amy Papermaster, PhD, NP-C, RN, is a licensed nurse practitioner in Women’s Health, a clinical partnership between Ascension Seton and UT Health Austin. She specializes in the treatment and management of vulvar disorders, chronic pelvic pain, and pelvic floor disorders. Additionally, Dr. Papermaster is an assistant professor in the Dell Medical School Department of Women's Health.

Dr. Papermaster earned her master’s degree in nursing from Vanderbilt University and her doctorate in philosophy from The University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Papermaster focuses on the promotion of health and prevention of disease for women across their lifespan and is passionate about helping women with complex gynecologic conditions achieve their treatment goals. Her research interests include transdisciplinary knowledge-sharing and collaboration as well as advancing the field of women’s health in areas of vulvar, pelvic floor, and pelvic pain disorders. She works to improve women’s quality of life by forging patient partnerships and embracing compassionate and comprehensive care.
