Clinical Biography

Cicely Cyphers, MSN, RN, is a licensed registered nurse and serves as the Nurse Manager for Women’s Health, a clinical partnership between Ascension Seton and UT Health Austin.

Cicely Cyphers earned her associate’s degree in nursing from Central Texas College. She earned both her bachelor's degree in nursing and her master's degree in nursing from Western Governors University.

Cicely Cyphers formerly served as a clinical manager, where she managed daily operations and clinical activities. Working closely with providers and clinical staff, she established ob-gyn patient-centered care models, policy development, and implementation. She also helped develop and manage centralized processes for nursing phone triage services. She is a patient advocate and passionate about providing quality health care and prevention education.
