Doug Fisher CCP, FPP, is a certified pediatric perfusionist in the Texas Center for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease, a clinical partnership between Dell Children's Medical Center and UT Health Austin. He specializes in pediatric perfusion, with an interest in prime reduction, blood management, and the use of emerging technologies to improve outcomes for patients.

Doug Fisher has a bachelor's degree in biochemistry and a certificate in perfusion. Additionally, he has completed a fellowship in pediatric perfusion.
