Joseph Casadonte, MD, is a board-certified pediatric cardiologist in the Texas Center for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease, a clinical partnership between Dell Children’s Medical Center and UT Health Austin.
Dr. Casadonte earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. He completed a residency in pediatrics at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and a fellowship in pediatric cardiology at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, which is affiliated with the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University.
Dr. Casadonte is a practicing physician with Pediatric & Congenital Cardiology Associates of Texas. His clinical interests include general cardiology, preventative cardiology, dyslipidemias, and other risk factors for early cardiovascular disease. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the National Lipid Association.
