Lauren D. Glass, MD, is a pediatric advanced heart failure and transplantation physician in the Texas Center for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease, a clinical partnership between Dell Children's and UT Health Austin. She specializes in pediatric cardiology, pediatric cardiomyopathy, advanced heart failure, and transplantation. Additionally, Dr. Glass is an assistant professor in the Dell Medical School Department of Pediatrics.
Dr. Glass received her medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed a residency in general pediatrics at Cohen Children’s Medical Center of New York. She completed her fellowship in pediatric cardiology at the Medical University of South Carolina and subsequent advanced training in pediatric heart failure and transplantation at Stollery Children’s Hospital at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada.
