Lisa Bernhard, MD

Clinical Biography

Lisa Bernhard, MD, is a board-certified maternal-fetal medicine specialist in Women’s Health, a clinical partnership between Ascension Seton and UT Health Austin. She specializes in fetal imaging, obstetrical ultrasound, and prenatal diagnosis. Additionally, Dr. Bernhard is an assistant professor in the Dell Medical School Department of Women’s Health at The University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Bernhard earned her bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and her medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center New Orleans. She completed both a residency in obstetrics and gynecology and fellowship in clinical genetics at Washington University School of Medicine.

Dr. Bernhard previously served as Co-Director of the Fetal Care Center at Washington University School of Medicine and Director of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic at Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
