Clinical Biography
Lisa McDermott, LCSW-S, is a licensed clinical social worker with UT Health Austin Pediatric Psychiatry at Dell Children's a clinical partnership between Dell Children's Medical Canter and UT Health Austin. She provides counseling services to individuals and families enrolled in the Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT) program. She is also a part of UT Health Austin’s Integrated Behavioral Health care team. Lisa works collaboratively with Dell Medical School's Department of Health Social Work and the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.
Lisa McDermott completed both her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Science in Social Work degrees at The University of Texas at Austin. She specializes in working with children and families in community-based and medical settings during times of crisis
