Rachel Horton, LMSW

Clinical Biography

Rachel Horton, LMSW is a licensed master social worker with UT Health Austin Pediatric Psychiatry at Dell Children's a clinical partnership between Dell Children's Medical Canter and UT Health Austin. She is provider behavioral health consultant providing services to individuals and families enrolled in the Child Psychiatry Access Network/Perinatal Psychiatry Access Network (CPAN/PeriPAN) program. This program is affiliated with the Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin. She is also a part of UT Health Austin’s Integrated Behavioral Health care team. Rachel is passionate about delivering empathetic and attentive care to individuals in underserved communities.

Rachel earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's degree in Social Work from Texas State University.
