Clinical Biography

Shellie Loxtercamp, RD, LD, is a registered dietitian UT Health Austin Pediatric Neurosciences at Dell Children's Comprehensive Pediatric Epilepsy Center, a clinical partnership between Dell Children's Medical Center and UT Health Austin. She provides ketogenic diet therapy to patients with epilepsy as part of the Ketogenic Therapies of Texas clinic.

Shellie Loxtercamp graduated from the Bachelor of Science Didactic Program in Dietetics in Nutrition from The University of Texas at Austin. She completed a Dietetic Internship Program at Medical City Dallas. Her experience includes managing clinical inpatient nutrition in both pediatric intensive and cardiac care units.

Shellie Loxtercamp is a member of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics: National, Texas, Dallas, Austin Chapters, the Pediatric and Neonatal Dietitians of Austin, and the Austin Registered Dietitian Alliance.
