Abby Glock, LCSW

Clinical Biography

Abby Glock, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with UT Health Austin Pediatric Neurosciences at Dell Children's, a clinical partnership between Dell Children's Medical Center and UT Health Austin. She is the manager of the program's social work team and provides direct support to patients and families. She is the social worker for the Pediatric Headache Clinic, the Psychogenic Nonepileptic Events Clinic, and the Neurodevelopmental Center.

Abby Glock earned a dual undergraduate degree in English and Spanish from Texas Christian University. She completed a master's degree in social work with a clinical concentration from The University of Texas at Austin Steve Hicks School of Social Work.

Abby Glock is bilingual in English and Spanish. She has experience providing case management, school advocacy, individual and family counseling, and crisis intervention. In addition, she has been a field instructor for social work students at the Steve Hicks School of Social Work. She is passionate about empowering and supporting families living with chronic illness, chronic pain, and/or mental health needs.
