Dell Children’s Neurodevelopmental Center

The Dell Children's Neurodevelopmental Center is a specialty program within UT Health Austin Pediatric Neurosciences at Dell Children’s, a clinical partnership between Dell Children’s Medical Center and UT Health Austin.

The Dell Children's Neurodevelopmental Center evaluates and treats developmental concerns in children of all ages with known or suspected neurological disorders and children whose medical condition puts them at high risk for having developmental problems, such as those children with brain malformations, congenital heart disease, infantile-onset epilepsy, and other genetic conditions associated with neurological and developmental impairment. We also evaluate and care for children who were treated in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and are at high risk for neurological problems due to prematurity, perinatal injury, and related conditions.

The Dell Children's Neurodevelopmental Center care team consists of nationally recognized, highly specialized clinicians who provide world-class evaluation and diagnosis as well as integration of caregiver assessment in which families record and share their observations of their child’s development. This allows for early intervention and care coordination between caregivers and experts across specialties to ensure you and your family receive the supportive care you need.
