Louisa Keith, MD, is a board-certified pediatric neurologist in UT Health Austin Pediatric Neurosciences at Dell Children’s, a clinical partnership between Dell Children's Medical Center and UT Health Austin. She also leads the Cardiac Neurodevelopmental Follow-Up Clinic within the Dell Children's Neurodevelopmental Center. She specializes in general child neurology. Additionally, Dr. Keith is an assistant professor in the Dell Medical School Department of Neurology at The University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Keith earned her bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. She completed both an internship and residency in pediatrics at Mount Sinai Kravis Children's Hospital as well as a residency in child neurology at Boston Children's Hospital.

Dr. Keith’s clinical interests include the neurodevelopmental outcomes of children with congenital heart disease.

Dr. Keith is a pediatric neurologist with UT Health Austin.
